Where does Bump & Blok ship to?

We currently ship to the USA and Canada.

How much does Bump & Blok charge for shipping?

All orders over US$100 ship for free. All orders under US$100 ship for a flat rate of $5.

When will I get my order?

Most orders are delivered in 3 to 5 business days or less. However, delivery to certain addresses, like the outlier states of Alaska and Hawaii, may take a bit longer. Your shipment confirmation email will include tracking information so you can track your package. On some occasions, such as during holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business means everything to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.

What if I need to change my order?

We understand things change sometimes. If you’d like to change your order, contact us as soon as possible at and we’ll do our utmost to help you.

What payment methods does Bump & Blok accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. Bump & Blok does not accept money orders or personal checks.

Bump & Blok’s return policy – Happiness Policy!

Happy customers mean everything to us at Bump & Blok. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with your original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip. We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price if returned within 30 days. We ask that the items be unworn, undamaged and unwashed. To return an item:

  1. Email us at 
  2. We’ll email you a free prepaid return shipping label
  3. Repackage your returned item with the packing slip in the original shipping bag or a new packaging bag
  4. Apply the shipping label to the return package

Once we receive your return, Bump & Blok will credit your original form of payment and send an email to let you know your return has been processed.

What do I do if my garments are damaged or defective?

Bump & Blok is committed to providing you with high quality garments. If you receive a damaged or defective item, email us at with a photo of the damaged or defective item and your order number. We’ll do whatever we can to make it right. Any garment with damages or defects can be returned for a full refund or exchange.

When can I expect my refund?

Generally, it takes us 1-2 weeks to process your refund. We will send you an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
